Upon discovering kombucha in the late 2000s, our ever-growing curiosity and drive to create led us to explore fermentation and its multifaceted nature. With the simple purpose to make enough kombucha to sustain our “habit”, we embarked on a journey that has taken us far beyond our wildest expectations.
Fast forward several years, we began brewing kombucha commercially out of a food facility we rented. We continued doing so for about a year until we reached absolute fermentation capacity. That marked a pivotal moment for our company when we expanded and began construction on our dedicated craft kombucha facility, which we completed and opened in the summer of 2014.
Our mission is to introduce people to a new dimension of the kombucha experience: offering our signature style of kombucha products that are both very pleasant and beneficial (through the probiotics, enzymes, etc. that are present in the brews).
Our continued commitment to Quality-Above-Quantity and core belief that exceptional kombucha starts and ends with only the highest possible quality teas has solidified our direction as a commercial producer and we continuously strive to ferment with more exclusive and rare teas.
Since our inception as a company, our focus has remained on staying true to our local roots and growing sustainably/responsibly. We wholeheartedly believe that our approach is the ONLY way for our company to continuously provide the same level of quality in our products, the most direct way to positively impact our community, and to inspire sustainability, innovation, environmental consciousness, and ethical business practices.
